When we use creative activities to let go of things not serving us, it accesses a different part of the brain most of us don't use in the course of business activities...and thats GOOD!

Our Kick-Off
Positive and negative elements are actually necessary for survival. Even our planet has both a positive and negative pole which keep it in orbit.
So as much as negative things can seem overwhelmning sometimes, we can never remove those things or thoughts from our lives. To maintain a healthy life path, it is important to shift your perceptions on those negative situations and/or the emotional baggage coming with them.
Jennifer Main, a dynamic artist based in Las Vegas, (http://www.jennifermainstudio.com/) and I are kicking off a unique program called "Turning Mess-Up's Into Masterpieces" - bringing together personal development and exploring your inner artist. Don't panic, you Do Not have to be an artist or have any artistic experience to participate. Just an interest in looking at lifes challenges with a new perception.
Our first class will be on Saturday, April 10th at Jennifer Main Gallery on S. Arville.
From 1pm to 4 pm. MUST RSVP.
